Yes. 365 Nicollet’s Leasing Office is open daily for private tours. The office is located in the main building lobby; enter at the corner of Nicollet Mall and 4th Street. Short-Term parking is available in 365’s parking ramp (enter on 4th Street). Street parking, nearby ramps and surface lots are also available. 
Monthly rent includes your suite, and access to building amenities and services. Additional costs may include utilities, parking, pet rent, etc.
Yes, pets are welcome. Pet fees are as follows: $250 fee, $300 deposit, $50/month per dog, $35/month per cat. Two pet limit, 150lb combined weight. Breed restrictions apply.
Resident and guest parking is available on-site. 365 Nicollet offers a controlled access tempered parking garage; entrance located on 4th Street just before Marquette Avenue. First parking stall costs $200/month, and the 2nd parking stall costs $250/month. Limited guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Yes, the building is connected to the Minneapolis Skyway System.
As a resident of 365 Nicollet, you may choose either Comcast, DirectTV (coax) or Century Link (fiber).
